All entrances to the Copley Place Shopping Mall, where the Consulate General is located, are accessible. Accessible parking is available in the parking garage. The security gate, elevators, and doors inside the building are of sufficient width for wheelchairs. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available on the floor where the Consulate General is located.

The entrance to the Omni Building which houses the Consulate is barrier free. Public parking garages in the vicinity are to be used.
The gate and all doors in the building are wide and barrier free but do not have automated openers. The 32nd floor where the Consulate is located is reachable via elevator.
The bathrooms in the Consulate’s building are accessible, but they do not have automated door openers.
The four elevators are equipped with braille script. Additional architectural or structural supports for blind or vision-impaired visitors do not exist in the building.

For security reasons you are kindly asked to keep your luggage to a minimum when coming to the Consulate. Please do not bring suitcases or large bags and backpacks.

The Consulate General reserves the right to refuse entry to customers with bulky luggage. There is no temporary storage facility for such pieces of luggage.

Fee-based visitor parking is available in designated spots in the parking garage. Please follow the visitor parking signs.

Access to the Consulate General's offices
The Consulate General is located in what is known as Four Oaks Place, which has several entrances, all of which are accessible to persons with disabilities. The Consulate General is located on the 18th floor and can be reached by elevator.
Construction and technical assistance for blind and visually impaired people is available.

All locks and doors of the Consulate General have sufficient width, but are not barrier-free and do not have automatic closers or openers.

The waiting area of the Passport and Visa Office is barrier-free. The restrooms are wheelchair accessible, but are not handicapped accessible.
