2023 is approaching - Start your new year with a new language - German! Or, continue your language studies with us at the Goethe-Institut New York. Our courses are interactive, fun, have lots of opportunities for speaking, and are taught by highly qualified instructors.

Join us this winter for a wide range of courses to suit your learning style, language level and pace. Classes meet online or in-person at our New York location (just off of Union Square). We also offer special online courses for children (age 6 to 8, and 8 to 11), and for young learners (12 to 16)!

If you or your children are completely new to learning German, choose a course at the A1.1 level. If you already know some German, first take our online placement test to get a skills assessment and find the right course for you!
