In conjunction with our current exhibition “Max Beckmann - The Formative Years: 1915-1925” Neue Galerie is hosting a special guided tour for children ages 6 to 11 and their families “auf Deutsch!”
Join us for a special Talking Art: Family Conversations auf Deutsch! An experienced educator will lead an exploration of the special exhibition, “Max Beckmann: The Formative Years, 1915-1925.” A German-language tour of the select galleries will be followed by a hands-on activity: crafting masks inspired by themes of the circus in Beckmann paintings! Open to children ages 6 to 11 and their families.
Please note, Family Mornings are free to members and $25 for the general public — including up to 2 adults and 3 children per family; additional admission charges apply for groups larger than 5.
