Passport Applications in the Consulate General's Area of Jurisdiction

Applications for the issuance of a passport in the Consulate General's area of jurisdiction can be filed in Dallas and New Orleans.
Important information
- Dallas, Texas: Honorary Consul Andreas Bremer,
Applications can be submitted through the Honorary Consul Dallas if you live in one of the listed counties in Texas. If you reside outside of the listed counties, please submit your application at the Consulate General of Houston.
- New Orleans, Louisiana: Honorary Consul Susanne Veters Cooper
Please be aware that the applications will be forwarded to the Consulate General in Houston for further processing. Processing time will be extended accordingly.
