Wunderbar Together is a year-long public diplomacy campaign hosted by the German Federal Foreign Ministry, the Goethe-Institut, and the Federation of German Industries. The intent is to highlight and strengthen the ties between Germany and the U.S. in the areas of culture, business and industry, science, education, civil society and sports.

The German Consulate General Chicago will host the kick-off event for the Midwest in Indianapolis on Saturday and Sunday, October 6 and 7, 2018. The event will consist of lectures, panels and musical performances in the Athenaeum Foundation in downtown Indianapolis on October 6 and a public car show and parade on October 7.
